David Johnson is a family man who has numerous interests and experiences and has cultivated a friendly and insightful way of meeting the needs of others. He is a military veteran who served his country in the early 80s. He earned a masters degree in education and has over 20 years of experience in working with families. David firmly believes that one’s home should be a place of retreat - it is a place where your personality and character are represented. Buying or selling a home is very personal, and helping others to find just the right place to build life-long memories is something that is personally gratifying for David.
Nicole Parent is a Lynchburg native. She graduated from Word of Life Bible Institute in Hungary and then served with Word of Life in South Africa and Florida. She moved back to the area in 2015 when she married her husband Don. Nicole joined the Karl Miller Team as the transaction coordinator in the summer of 2016 and got licensed the beginning of 2017. Nicole loves to serve our clients with excellence and help them achieve their home-ownership dreams.
Erin Rauscher grew up in Amherst, Virginia, and loves being part of the Lynchburg community. She graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor’s degree in English and loves writing and communication. Erin enjoys engaging with clients and seeks to create a positive experience with our company for every transaction. Her desire is to build relationships with clients and be a resource for any questions and concerns.
Zena King was born and raised in Lynchburg and the surrounding areas. She earned an Associate’s degree in Education before entering the workforce full-time, gaining valuable experience in administration and customer service. She obtained her license in July of 2018 and joined our team in January of 2019. Zena desires to create a welcoming environment for our clients and to provide service with a smile. Her goal is to ensure that clients have a great experience from start to finish, and she looks forward to handing over the keys to your new home.
