With over 15 years of real estate sales experience, his passion is helping clients achieve their home ownership and financial dreams as he aids them in making informed decisions. Karl grew up on a Campbell County dairy farm and knows the value of old-fashioned service, integrity, and long-term relationships. When at home, Karl enjoys spending time with his wife Alys, their two teenage children, and Timmy the Cockapoo. Karl enjoys the outdoors, camping and exploring, and reading a great book. You might see him running or mountain biking the local trails, kayaking the James, or cruising with the top down on his wife’s Jeep Rubicon he frequently “borrows.”
Lynne Creasy is the Associate Broker of Karl Miller Realty. She is a proud member of the Lynchburg community and a wife, mother, and grandmother to a wonderful husband, two daughters, four grandsons, and two granddaughters, with whom she spends as much time as possible. With over 20 years of real estate experience, Lynne knows that every family and their needs are unique, and it is her passion to add a personal approach to real estate. A Virginia native who loves being part of the Lynchburg community, Erin Rauscher can often be spotted drinking coffee with a friend at a local coffee shop or walking one of the trails downtown with her husband and their German shepherd Diesel. She graduated from Liberty University with a degree in English, and in 2017 she joined the Karl Miller Team, where she serves as the team’s Chief Operating Officer and Transaction Coordinator. Erin aims to make the process from contract to closing a good experience for everyone involved by coordinating timelines, communicating regularly with all parties, answering questions, and building long-term relationships with our clients.
Zena King was born and raised in Lynchburg and the surrounding areas. She earned an associate’s degree in Education before entering the workforce full-time, gaining valuable experience in administration and customer service. She obtained her license in July of 2018 and joined our team in January of 2019 as a Real Estate Agent and Listing Coordinator. Zena desires to create a welcoming environment for our clients and to provide service with a smile. Her goal is to ensure that clients have a great experience from start to finish, and she looks forward to handing over the keys to your new home.
Yancy Campbell was brought up in North Carolina and moved to the Lynchburg area many years ago. She graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Communications and has worked in various marketing positions before becoming the Marketing Director for Karl Miller Realty. Yancy loves coffee, chocolate chip cookies, and any form of thrift shopping!
